Depending on your travel plans, destination, and health condition, our pharmacist can advise you about recommended vaccines, prescribe medications for common travel-related illnesses, and help you assemble a travel health kit.
Medications for the journey
During your pre-travel consultation, our pharmacist will tell you which medications to bring to relieve minor health symptoms such as motion sickness, ear aches, jet lag, or digestive problems — and can give you enough of your prescription medication to last your entire trip, plus an updated list of your prescriptions.
Travel vaccines & prescriptions
Depending on where you’re going, you may need recommended vaccines or medications for specific health problems. Our pharmacist can advise on vaccines and prescribe medications to treat traveller’s diarrhea or prevent malaria or acute mountain sickness (altitude sickness). This service is offered by appointment.
A travel health kit
